Why we started
Cornorstone
Cornorstone Consulting LLP was founded in November 2025 by Atishey Jain after years of building Anaplan models inside larger consultancies. The pattern was always the same: a senior architect sells the engagement, then quietly steps off the build.
Cornorstone was started to remove that gap. The architect you scope with is the architect who builds. We keep the client list short on purpose — it's the only honest way to promise the founder will actually be on your model.
We're a young firm. We don't have a logo wall yet, and we're not going to invent one. What we have is a practitioner who's done the work, a focused scope of Anaplan domains, and the time to do your build properly.

Atishey Jain is the founder and principal architect at Cornorstone Consulting. After years building Anaplan models inside large consulting firms — working across FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales Performance, and Workforce Planning — he started Cornorstone in late 2025 to do the work differently.
The model is intentionally small: a focused practice with a senior architect on every engagement, no offshore handoffs, and a short client list so the work actually gets the attention it needs.
